Q: Is there a fee to attend this event?
A: No, the event is complimentary.

Q: Are OVW Tribal Affairs Division Grantees authorized to support travel costs for this Consultation?
A: Yes, within approved limits. Per Sherriann C. Moore, OVW Deputy Director for Tribal Affairs, OVW Tribal Governments Program, Tribal Jurisdictions Program, Tribal Sexual Assault Services (TSASP) Program, Tribal SAUSA Program, Tribal Special Jurisdiction Program, Tribal Reimbursement Program, and Tribal Coalitions Program grantees are authorized to support travel costs for up to five (5) persons to attend the “19th Annual Government-to-Government VAW Tribal Consultation”, utilizing grant funds, without prior approval from their Program Manager. No Grant Award Modification (GAM) submission in JustGrants is required. Grantees should ensure sufficient travel funds remain in their budget to cover the costs of grant program required training, and keep a copy of this notice in their grant file for audit purposes.

Q: Will recordings of testimony be available after the conference?
A: No. The Consultation is not being recorded. There will be a Summary Report of the Consultation distributed later in the year.

Q: What should I do if I want to change my registration information?
A: Once you register you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to your personal registration portal. Use the link to update your information.

Q: Is the conference offering a shuttle service to and from the airport?
A: No. The conference nor the hotel provides complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. 

Q: What should I do if I am no longer able to attend the conference?
A: If you are no longer attending the conference, please send an email to TribalConsultation@eventpowerSupport.com. Please make sure to cancel your hotel reservation. There are separate and unique cancellation policies for Conference registration and hotel registration. Attendees are responsible for becoming familiar with all cancellation policies.

Q: Will participants receive a confirmation for their hotel reservations?
A: Yes. Your hotel confirmation will be provided by the hotel once you have made your reservation.
